Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on orders over $45 in London, and free over $65 for the rest of Canada. Orders that are under these thresholds will be charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping.

When will my coffee ship out?

Please allow between 1-3 business days for orders to be processed, roasted, and packed.  You will receive an email when your has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, orders will be shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I inputted the wrong address!

If you have entered incorrect or outdated information, please reach out to us at theroastery@fireroastedcoffee.com so we can correct the information. 

Shipping carriers, and Delivery Estimates:

Couriers Plus: For orders placed from Southern Ontario (London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Windsor, Sarnia, Greater Toronto Area), we ship with Couriers Plus. Orders from these regions are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  London and surrounding area should expect delivery next-day, and orders from Kitchener-Waterloo or the Greater Toronto Area should expect 1-2 business days for delivery.  Couriers Plus doesn't provide detailed tracking, but know your order is on the way!

Canada Post / UPS: For orders submitted from rural areas, the Ottawa region, Northern Ontario, and outside of Ontario, we ship with Canada Post and UPS. Tracking information will be provided upon label creation.  Expect delivery of orders through Canada Post and UPS 2-7 business days after fulfillment. 

Pick-up Policy

Upon checkout, you can select pick-up from our two locations.  Please allow 2 business days after checkout for orders to be ready at selected location.  If you’re unsure if order is ready for pick-up, reach out to us at theroastery@fireroastedcoffee.com.
