Introducing our latest medium roast coffee from Honduras. This unique variety is grown in the heart of Central America, Honduras, which earned the title of top producer in the early 2010s. The coffee beans are carefully selected from the finest farms and roasted to perfection to bring out the rich, buttery notes and smooth finish.

One of the standout features of this coffee is its distinct olive oil and cocoa nibs flavor notes. The olive oil adds a subtle nuttiness to the cup, while the cocoa nibs provide a hint of sweetness and a touch of bitterness that balance out the flavor profile. The result is a coffee that is approachable yet intriguing, perfect for coffee lovers looking for something new and exciting to try. You'll be able to taste the difference, that's for sure.

Good coffee but high price

Good but no better than most. Price is unwarranted for any perceivable quality difference.

Delicious

I found Honduras at Farm Boy, (they no longer sell it this roast) it was one of the blends they sold at their coffee bar. I loved its hazelnut notes that really came through with added soy milk. It's not at all acidic or tart, its smooth and full of flavour. I make it at home now and I couldn't be happier to support Fire Roasted Coffee directly. I just signed up for the subscription so I won't run out. Affordable, and SUPER fast delivery! The fastest. You guys are awesome.

Really interesting coffee bean!

Honduras took me by surprise a bit but in a good way! The aroma was very bright and it matched the initial taste on the palate. What surprised me was how smooth it finished given that bright, slightly sour initial flavour. I'm not sure I've ever had a bean quite like this. The crema was beautiful, and it was a great first coffee of the day.
